During our 2 nights in Denali, we stayed at a place called Kantishna Roadhouse.
It's one of just a few places you can stay in Denali. It really makes it nice so the park isn't overrun with tourists. This particular shot was taken around 11 PM. This is the latest I've ever shot and was still able to get a starburst.
This place had many activities for everyone. They lead you on 3 different hikes depending on your skill level, you could mountain bike, watch dog sled presentation, pan for gold. Nothing I could do in my own state of MN.

An unofficial yet official Landmark of St Augustine, FL, USA.
Arnold’s is an iconic living piece of Americana. Originally
a restaurant, it became a bar about 33 years ago.
It has been owned and run by a couple who moved here from
Holland for most of those years. It burnt down in May, 2011.
The Neon sign and the building were both restored about
6 months later.

The cobwebs are full of dust collecting for who knows how long.
A vintage Chrysler sits beside a burned out roadhouse in the northwest Illinois countryside.This scene was captured 2 years ago,but little has changed over the years.The roadhouse itself was probably a church or a school originally,but was a private residence when it burned.The old Chrysler is in pretty rough condition underneath the cover,which has a tendency to get removed regularly....but I always recover it.....

The old Robinson Roadhouse is photographed here on a very snowy day in November. The atmosphere was just about perfect for capturing this great old leftover from the days when dogsleds and the ocasional train were about the only ways in and out of the territory.
Photo taken with the Canon EOS R and RF24-105mm f/4.0L. Raw conversion and initial post processing were performed in DxO PhotoLab 6.0.1. Additional processing and B&W conversion were performed in Nik Silver Efex Pro 3.
