Shadow of Rick Grimes from The Walking Dead tv series. This is an action figure and its head is less than 1". I used the sunlight coming through the window and a white paper background. And it looks like a silhouette, too. A bit confusing, isn't it?
▪There is a little difference between a silhouette and a shadow and I was reading about it. This is the photo of the shadow that I took directly from the white paper. If I had wanted to take a silhouette, I would have taken a photo of the figure against a lighted background. In this way, only the dark object would be seen against that background of light, but without leaving a shadow on it. This is how I understand it, but I get more confused when people see the photo and continue calling it a silhouette.▪

Carabiners with chain that I put on a figure's dirty hand. As you know, I love figures, statues and miniatures and I'm lucky that my son collects them. (Rick Grimes-The Walking Dead)
On/Off - Thank you very much for your visit and comment! I really appreciate it!
Yup, a figure two nights in a row. Don't expect this too often though, because I'm running behind on figures lol.
Anyways heres a brand new Rick Grimes from Episode 12/13 of The Walking Dead Season 6.
I decided to do him in his brown undershirt as no one really does him in this outfit.
The main thing here is the sculpt of the jacket. This thing took me a few days to complete and I'm incredibly proud of it. Yeah, it could be cleaner in some places but I'm overall very happy about this.
I also put e-tape down over the hands to capture how the sleeves drape right to his hands. I also sculpted extra strands of hair and his holster as well.
I'm really happy about this fig and I hope you guys like it too!
Alright guys, I'll see you next time!
Am so excited for the season premiere later this week!
Have made some of my favourite characters from the TV show and comic. (Negan does not have a beard).
In other news I am back from my hiatus.
Stay tuned for some Walking Dead figbarfs and vigs. Plus some other non TWD stuff.
Missed you guys and gals.
With the new season already over 2 weeks in, I'm happy to say I'm finally able to present this figure to you all. As you can tell, it's another Rick Grimes, but this one is easily my best Rick, and potentially my best figure to date.
The jacket, beard, holster, and pouches were all sculpted by me. The hair was made by Billy (Billbobful). He is absolutely the best at that stuff. The fabric belt was Aaron's (LegoMatic9) idea, and I couldn't help but do that on mine.
The picture doesn't portray this very well, but the machete was wrapped in red e-tape, washed in black, and part of it cut out so the minifig could still hold it, to mimic the fabric wrapping on the handle in the show. The AK strap was made from e-tape as well.
This Rick (season 4/5) was also made to be in an upcoming moc for brickfair. Taylor (TCMazz1 --- shoutout to him for editing the pic) and I are going to design Gabriel's church (as of right now) for the scene where Rick kills the hunters in "Four Walls and a Roof."
Anyways hope you guys like it. Leave a comment, let me know what you think, and what you want to see next! I have Gareth done, working on Ezekiel, and other figures soon to come.
Thank you everyone!
Hey guys, back already with ANOTHER FRIGGEN RICK. But hey it's aight it's my best one yet. And Rick is my favorite character.
So anyways yeah! I really wanted to make Rick in this outfit because this is my favorite look for Rick in the show and we may reach the point where he looks like this again in All Out War, which would be really cool.
The jacket, holster, pouches, and bottom of the pants were sculpted out of procreate. I think they turned out pretty great and I'm very happy with the outcome of the jacket.
I personally think this is my best Rick Grimes yet.
Shoutout to Aaron (LegoMatic9) for editing this picture for me. Hopefully I'll be able to do it this great on my own soon.
I just finished up Sasha today and I'm also thinking about making Rosita and Eugene.
See you guys later and leave a comment if you liked it! Thanks guys! (:
This photo is a replica of the picture. Pose is a syllable for repetition with dolls, especially with bare puppets. Well, OK. It's just RICKYL! I hope you like it!))

Because I love The Walking Dead so much, I decided to make some purist figures from minifigure parts that I have in my collection. This was actually pretty hard due to most of my collection being Lego Star wars, but I did my best to get the look of each character down (In my opinion at least). The clothes that some of them wear (Glenn, Maggie, Carol) aren't really that accurate, but I tried my best. The characters change their clothes all the time anyway, so it doesn't really matter. The weapons Glenn and Maggie use are to my knowledge, not very accurate either, but I don't have that big of a Brickarms collection/variety to choose from. I didn't have any hairpiece right for Maggie because I used it on Daryl, so you can just pretend that she has her hair back (Which she actually did last episode). Also, I would've loved to make some The Walking Dead customs, but I don't have the money to buy minifigure parts/accessories to paint on at the moment. Expect a small scene with these characters in the future as well!
Anyway, from left to right...Michonne, Daryl, Carol, Rick Grimes, Carl Grimes, Glenn, and Maggie.

"The Walking Dead" character Rick Grimes
-The building has already been demolished-
The trainspotters from Leamington Spa have a day out in Crick, and take part in this 'Walking Dead' themed scarecrow scene. One of the better displays on show, with lots of attention to detail.

Rick Grimes used to be a difficult to get hold of figure. Ironically, there are numerous versions available now and he's become something of a peg warmer. I have several different ones but this is definitely my favourite. Not sure why, though it might have something do with his AK47, his jacket or his epic beard!
It uses parts from previous Ricks, but the torso and arms are new, and the face is a much better likeness of Andrew Lincoln.
This is one of the first versions of this shot I took. The figures were posed on the roof of the garden shed while I stood on a stepladder to take the photo! This was the best one of the outdoors shoot but Abraham was obscured so I decided not to use it.
It was a bit dangerous up the ladder so I brought the figures inside and photographed them against a window and that was the picture I used eventually. However, the more I looked at this shot, the more I liked it, even if you can't see Abraham, so I thought I'd put it up.
Well here is the Big Man on Campus of the Walking Dead TV series. Watch out, he carries a big gun and isn't afraid of using it. I have several designs for this character so stay tuned.
This is a little vignette I created for Blocks Magazine #37.
Our job was to buid a 16 x 16 vignette that is based on the comic series (not the TV series) and therefore, we weren’t allowed to use colour, only black, white and grey.
In order to achieve this, EclipseGrafx provided us with custom b&w minifigures. How cool is that?
I picked the scene from TWD issue #50, in which Carl is alone with Rick (who is terribly ill) and Carl doesn't know if his dad is (un)dead or not. You can find the original page here.
For me, it was a nice opportunity to finally build a Walking Dead MOC, after I didn’t finish my first attempt.
And another MOC that I’ll never finish (last time I was working on it was March, 2014).
It is from the pilot episode of “The Walking Dead”, a brilliant comic series and a good TV series.
I wanted to portrait this scene .
In order to do it properly, I started to create 38 individual decals based on the zombie characters from the first two episodes. The minifigs in the photo are just placeholders and I gave up after 27 decals.

Here's my Lego The Walking Dead build that I said I would be making with my purist Walking Dead figures! I hope you all enjoy.
More pictures coming tomorrow! :)
