if we let Will eat our remotes all the time, he would be the happiest baby on the planet. Don't worry, we don't let him chew on electronic devices on a regular basis. Just on Tuesdays and every third Sunday of the month. I kid I kid

There was a guy controlling this via webcam, but it had his image in the screen facing away from this view. He could interact with anyone in front of it via microphone and speakers, too

your TV

is going to f*ck you!

I finally got new batteries for my camera remote. Hopefully that'll mean no more blurry pics!

My parents remote for their gas fireplace. I just think it's funny that there are just 2 buttons on a remote. Lazy fuzzers.

If you have a TV remote that has a hard time working the way it’s supposed to, perhaps you need to do what I did. A few months ago I bought a new TV that operates quite good and has a nice 58” screen, but it has the same problem that so many devices have... the IR remote just never can function the way it should. Well, one problem that so many manufacturers are guilty of is they actually have designed the InfraRed (IR) sensor inserted far too deeply into the plastic body of the remote to be fully effective and have a good range to reach the TV’s sensor. My simple solution was to use a Dremel and cut away the plastic around the sensor so it has far more exposure. Yes it is quite ugly now but it works much, much, much better. I sacrificed beauty for function. Maybe you can expose your sensor in a prettier way, but nevertheless, you will be pleased with the improvement you get from it.
