Beautiful people say go go go
Beautiful people don’t stress stress stress
They never rest
Beautiful people say yes
No we won’t say no
Beautiful people say go go go

Hands out stretch, what you got
Give me your best and I won’t turn you down
Cause you’re always out to impress
Always out to impress
Always out to impress
So come come come with me
Let’s push on ’til the break of dawn
I love to party
And when I’m with you give me some
I’ve got the view you see
Ready set go I drop the bomb
This is the high life====
A night earlier on in the year waiting for the tide to drop, and being mesmerised by the golden cliffs catching the gentle waves. Nothing else to do but try some long exposures to catch the feeling. So many boulders and rocks disappear and then show as the sea drops. Rehab is by Alabama 3 , and it's the very best Rehab for me, alone with the coast washing through me.

On a visit to the rehab station Wildlife Works Inc. in Youngwood, Pennsylvania, I met Napoleon, an American kestrel. I couldn't get past his pantaloons, quite cocky attitude and name - and thought an appropriate one pertaining to the famed, self-proclaimed Emperor. He did make me smile.
From the Facebook page of Wildlife Works Inc....'Napoleon the kestrel is one of our resident educational animals. Napoleon was imprinted as a baby by someone wanting to keep him as a pet and as a result has been sentenced to spending life in captivity. He oversees day to day activities in the hospital area, goes to outreach and educational programs and loves having his picture taken'.

Circa 1967. This camera belonged to a friend's mother. Rather than sell it in an online auction, they wanted to know it was going to be used and appreciated. And it is! The camera took very little rehab to get it in working condition and I find that it takes very nice analog photos. Pictured here with Nikkor-S 50mm f1.4 lens, complete with "bunny ears" for communicating with the camera's metering system.
Photo taken with Pentax digital K-70 camera through vintage Takumar 135mm lens.

Here is my roommate Rocky in Cardiac Rehab after 2 major heart attacks in 4 days around Thanksgiving. A belated Happy Thanksgiving to you all!
Winter is approaching but it isn’t stopping builders from rehabbing and taking advantage of the housing boom, after Covid. Given the zoning and past use, this is probably going to be offices

Baby, baby
When we first met
I never felt something so strong
You were like my lover
And my best friend
All wrapped into one
With a ribbon on it
And all of a sudden
When you left
I didn't know how to follow
It's like a shot
That spun me around
And now my heart left
I feel so empty and hollow
[Pre Chorus:]
And I'll never give myself to another
The way I gave it to you
Don't even recognize
The ways you hit me
Do you?
It's gonna take a miracle to bring me back
And you're the one to blame
[Chorus:]
And now I feel like, oh
You're the reason
Why I'm thinking
I don't wanna smoke all
These cigarettes no more
I guess this is what I get
For wishful thinking
Should've never let you into my door
Next time you wanna go on and leave
I should just let you go on and do it
It's not usual like how I'll leave
It's like I checked into rehab
Baby you're my decease
It's like I checked into rehab
Baby you're my decease
I gotta check into rehab
'Cause baby you're my decease
I gotta check into rehab
'Cause baby you're my decease
[Verse 2:]
Damn,
Ain't it crazy
When your love slams?
You'll do anything
For the one you love
'Cause anytime
That you needed me
I'd be there
It's like
You were my favorite drug
The only problem is
That you was using me
In a different way
That I was using you
But now that I know
That it's not meant to be
You gotta go
I gotta win myself over you
