This is part of a Reflexology Path at the Highlands Ranch Civic Green Park. I left the debris as is although I was tempted to go get a broom ; )

We Escapees treat food the way we treat Life. We want them with kicks in it. We want something that bites the lip, like a French Kiss. Like this bowl of fiery Curry Laksa with its rich spicy taste tempered but enhanced by succulent coconut milk. Like the tender slices of marinated chicken. Like the porous center of fried tofu that soaked up the soup flavor. Like the wonderful blend of hard boiled egg, crunchy bean sprouts and the yin yang mixture of wheat and rice noodles. And should the heat bring sweat to our forehead and our nose watered, we cried in-between sobs – “We Escapees Like It Hot!”
SeaRhythms Massage offers their Signature Essential Massage in Charlottesville, VA. A unique, integrated massage custom designed to meet your needs. Add Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, or Reiki for an enhanced experience.
And if you think that we Escapees only like it hot just because we told you, you’re mistaken. We Escapees love varieties in Life. Like this clear Yong Tau Fu Soup which has a myriad variety in a single bowl. There are the bouncy fish balls (you don’t know they have them?). On an adventurous day, you can even ask for balls of different meats to be included. There is the purple brinjal, the bitter gourd, the hot green chili, the slender lady’s finger the soft tofu all of them stuffed with fish paste (fried or steam – the choice is yours) served in a sweet, savory, stimulating soup. And this is not even a quarter of what we can choose to throw into the soup. Told you, we Escapees take our food seriously. Tune in for more episodes of the fugitives, oops! Sorry – ESCAPEES!
Happy Perfect Purple Saturday again folks!

I´ve been quite busy these days. I´ve had no time to pass by yourstreams and commenting..... So, excuse me.
Sue on the sunny side, when there was a little cloud overhead.
Sue was sitting quietly as I approached her and asked if I might take her photo for my strangers project. At some point near the start of our conversation, I asked if she was OK with me taking a few minutes of her time. She said that she had already been here for 2 hours; she was quite happy to sit and chat. Sue had travelled up from the south coast very early this morning. She had only decided last night to spend the day today in Glastonbury.
Sue, a mother of 3, had last come up the Tor a year ago. At that time she was five months pregnant and huffing and puffing when she reached the top. Today she had been surprised at how easy the ascent was. I still huff and puff, even though I come up the Tor regularly. Sue is a lot fitter than me.
Currently on maternity leave, Sue told me that she works with Yoga, Pilates, Reflexology and Reiki. She looks forward to getting back to working with people, connecting and healing. I think that today Sue was taking a bit of a breather. She told me that she is "releasing the breaks", "traversing the open road" and wants to "allow everything to unfold without limitation".
Sue was sitting on the sunny side of the Tor. I took a few photos as a cloud passed overhead briefly but as soon as it had gone over, the sun was harsh again. We moved to the shade of the tower and Sue sat for a few more portraits before we moved back to the sunny side for a little more conversation.
Sue said that she was pleased that I had chosen her today. I said that I was glad that I had chosen her. We reviewed the photos together and Sue told me which three she liked the best. This photo wasn't one of the three that Sue picked but I have uploaded it because I like it.
Thank you Sue for letting me take your portrait for my project. It was good to meet you today.
Want some reflexology? Try walking on these! :) Using socks is highly recommended.
Additional info: This is a section of a footpath in Tasek Lama intended for foot massage. It has a diameter of around 5 meters and made up of varying sizes of stones. Tried this once, and although I have a good amount of pain tolerance, I did find it challenging. Like you'll get this tingling feeling from the sole of your foot going up and will make you run for the nearest toilet. LOL! The thing is, it's hard to walk on these, how much more run? :D
at Far Peak Wellness Fair. Far Peak is firstly a climbing centre and camping site near Cirencester where Ed's gym is. There are also all kinds of therapists there, and the idea was to show off to the public what is on offer! I had my feet done too - it's quite remarkable what this therapy can do!!

- Aches and pains throughout the body may be eased if gentle pressure is applied to the feet.
This reflexology map shows which regions of the foot correspond to the specific parts of the body.
Our feet are our roots, with the use of reflexology our health solutions are afoot.

Well-padded balls (no wrinkles despite toes slightly curved towards them) and heels!
Tough, leathery, firm barefooter soles which are able to go barefoot safely and comfortably almost everywhere - natural, healthy reflexology with every step!
Her well-developed feet have the strengh and the freedom to enjoy the manifoldness of the ground of a big city, too.
No lightish stripes from sandals; athletic feet.
Reflexology of the whole soles.
Well-padded, true barefooter soles.
Tough barefooter soles which are able to go barefoot safely and comfortably almost everywhere - healthy reflexology with every step!
Striding along freely at a good pace, with perfect neutral pronation of the feet. Connecting to the ground as nature intended.
Her well-developed feet have the strengh and the freedom to enjoy the manifoldness of the ground of big cities, too.
No lightish stripes from sandals; the tops of her toes and of her foot strongly suggest that she enjoys to go barefoot 24/7.
This teenager has true barefooter soles - healthy, very comfortably padded, extremely sturdy and tough.
These soles are receiving very intense and highly effective natural reflexology with every step!
Her well-developed feet have the strengh and the freedom to enjoy the manifoldness of the ground of a big city, too.
Naturally, a barefooter like her is used to grind her cigarette stubs under her tough soles.
Due to the pollution in the cities these were often blackened, which is less common nowadays.
No lightish stripes from sandals; athletic feet.
Striding along freely at a good pace, having healthy arches and with perfect neutral pronation of her feet. Her soles seem to be quite well-padded.
Connecting to the ground as nature intended.
Naturally going barefoot gives healthy and tough feet, is relaxing and gives a good temper:
The intense connection with the ground and the manifold, healthy, beneficial reflexology (including the whole soles, as indicated here) are creating all this along the way. :-)
Now that Christmas and Boxing Day are over wouldn't it be nice to pop in here and take a break!!
French Quarter, New Orleans........
She has fun to show off her tough soles - which are well-suited for also enjoying the manifoldness of the ground of big cities.
Their well-developed feet have the strengh and the freedom to enjoy the manifoldness of the ground of a big city, too.
No lightish stripes from sandals; wide and healthy soles.
These soles are are well-padded and very resilient - such strong and healthy feet are the result of going barefoot outdoors a lot!
The visible sole is very well-padded, healthy and sturdy.
Her well-developed feet have the strengh and the freedom to enjoy the manifoldness of the ground of a big city, too.
No lightish stripes from sandals; reflexology of the whole soles as nature intended.
A true barefooter girl with very tough feet has fun to show off how her extremely sturdy and resilient soles are looking in a parking lot.
As many true barefooters she instinctively has fun to enhance the diversity and beneficial reflexology underfoot while walking.
Sturdy, comfortably cushioned solepads plus tough, elastic callouses, usually with many small scrape marks and little cracks at their surface form the fully developed, typical "barefooter grip soles".
They give much grip on virtually any ground and give a fanatastic, reliably walking comfort!
Her super tough, resilient feet are making efficient use of virtually any ground, virtually anything underfoot for intense, manifold, strengthening reflexology - which also includes the whole arches, as nature intended and as it's seen here.
I strongly assume she isn't teached about these real facts, but she naturally feels it and enjoys to live it out.
