Ocracoke Lighthouse reflection after a rainstorm. Ocracoke Lighthouse is the oldest operating lighthouse in North Carolina.
This is one of a collection of sunset photos that I have taken and then created this water reflection effect in Photoshop. Taken on the Isle of Wight at the South of England.

High Crag and High Stile bathed in the early morning sun creeping through the clouds and reflecting in Buttermere
A reflection of two expats taking a photo by their mobile for a buildings in the center of Manama the capital of kingdom of bahrain. And I used the symmetry composition rule using a shop glas to reflect my scene .. in post processing I used black and white.
“He lives in you. He lives in me. He watches over everything we see. Into the water. Into the truth. In your reflection. He lives in you.”
Earlier in the year I did a set of abstract reflections from Venice. So it only seemed fitting to try and do the same from the other canal city during my visit. These are all taken around Gas Street Basin.
For the Ambassador Challenge, Reflections & Motion
I would have liked just a little more motion in the pond (puddle), or maybe for the ripples to extend a little farther into Roger's reflection. Oh, and I would have liked an assistant, too...someone to throw the acorns, rocks, sticks into the water at just the right time and at just the right spot. Its a good thing sticks are on Roger's "take it or leave it" list, because they seemed to make the best ripples.
Photographed using my 10-22mm lens with Lee 0.6ND Grad filter. Rather than B&W I've applied some 'aged look' processing.
Rest area on I95 south reflected in my bike's chrome.
I ride both I95 north and south quite frequently in my roamings. This is one of my favorite rest stops on I95 south. Nice place for a restroom break, and then grab some candy and a soda and head for a picnic bench and sit and enjoy nature for awhile before mounting up and getting back on the road.
This is the marina on Clover Island in Kennewick. It was a pretty calm night which made for a perfect reflection in the water.
Another part of an old house in Biala Rawska, this window. Rusty and crusty and the paint is peeling off. Love these old buildings.
Looking south the sky was blue, sandstone cliffs were reflected on the wet sand, the sea was calm.

Melbourne, Australia
This is an area known as Docklands in Melbourne. Not sure why the cone-shaped caps on all the posts. Perhaps to keep birds from landing on them.
This is the first time in years that I have visited Mt. Ranier and managed to catch a shot of Mt. Ranier reflected in Reflection Lakes. Usually, the mountain is smothered in clouds or the wind erases reflections. While it was windy, there were a few protected spots where Mt. Ranier succeeded in being reflected.
