note: i saw this property March 2009- it was ordered via an AMC. in late May, the homeowner called me and started yelling at me that I wouldn't get paid for my work since the value was too low and they stopped payment on their credit card.
I told them that if they want a reconsideration they would a: need to contact their lender. b: the lender- if they choose to, needs to contact the AMC. c: the AMC needs to contact me. d: i got paid 6 weeks ago so I'm really not motivated to help you beyond this conversation.
I never heard anything about this situation again
