Today i wanted to refine the natural light concept, it is something i love but i know i am not very good at it yet. I want to learn how the setup works for natural light in normal settings and this is just a step towards it.
I place my model in shade, with a black reflector behind him. I metered for f1.4 to give me a very soft feel to the shot.
There is still so much to learn about natural light and i will be spending time on that for the next few weeks.

Using the sky and ground as a huge softbox will give very soft beautiful light doe portraits... but it is not easy to master.
