Every applicant for the post had been going through strenuous physical tests and the entire recruitment process follows rules and regulations. Kudos to the spirit and toughness of Punjab's youth!

A recruiter named Pradipta spammed 416 developers with everyone on the To-Line. It kicked off a ton of reply-all and the list decided to remove the recruiter and make a Google group. The reply-alls are now killing GMail on people's iPhones.

Definitely amusing.

We shot Sergeant Golden against a green screen background and then I later added the desert scene which I purchased from EZ Backgrounds.com. The original photograph was made in the recruiting office. The soldiers are generous in being models for me while, if it is a good photograph and they like it, the soldiers get a nice 8 1/2 by 11 inch print so we help each other. It happens sometimes that a relative will see one of my photographs and want a copy. I provide that then too. Stephen
