Every recruiter knows the pain: You post a job, and within hours, your inbox is flooded. But instead of excitement, there’s frustration—because most of those applications aren’t even close to what you need.
Irrelevant applications don’t just slow hiring—they cost time, energy, and money.
You end up calling candidates who don’t meet even the basic qualifications, reviewing resumes that miss the mark, and sitting through interviews that go nowhere. Multiply that by every open position, and it’s easy to see how teams burn out and good candidates get missed in the clutter.
That’s where BoostMyHiring.ai steps in.
Our platform turns dull job descriptions with a lot of text into interesting AI avatar videos that convey the position in a way that your ideal candidate can understand quickly and easily.
Having clear expectations improves targeting.
Videos only draw in serious, interested candidates. 📑 There are fewer unqualified resumes to sort through.
Our video JDs work like a filter, drawing in the right candidates and rejecting the wrong ones with intelligent pre-screening and organic storytelling. A human-like, articulate AI avatar is crucial when hiring remote tech talent, freshmen, or blue-collar workers.
And the outcome?
Spending less time on follow-ups
Increased quality of applicants
Quicker and more targeted hires
Upgrade your JD if you're sick of squandering hours on calls that don't result in anything. Make your job posting smarter by using BoostMyHiring.ai.
