I wanted to share an update with all of you.
A few days ago, I underwent surgery to remove a tumor. Thankfully, the surgery went well, and I am now recovering while waiting for the biopsy results to determine the next steps in my treatment.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all the kindness, messages, prayers, and understanding you've shown me during this time. Your support has meant more to me than words can express.
I also want to give a special thank you to my managers and the store owners I work with. You have all been incredibly kind, supportive, patient, and understanding throughout this difficult time in my life. I am truly grateful for the care and compassion you've shown me.
I'm happy to say that I'm gradually getting back to my activities. However, my return will be slow, as I haven't yet been cleared to resume my normal routine and still need to respect the healing process.
So if I seem a little slower than usual or my posts become more spaced out, I truly appreciate your patience. I may not be able to keep up with my usual daily posts just yet, but I’ll be back little by little.
Thank you for being with me through this journey. I hope that before long, I'll be able to look back on all of this as just another chapter in my life. 💜

1. Robert Downey Jr.
Robert Downey Jr. first tried drugs at his age of six. He faced his first drug-related arrest in 1996. Downey Jr. has been clean since 2003. He credits therapy, meditation and 12-Step programs for recovery.
2. Robin Williams
Robin Williams addicted cocaine and alcohol throughout the 1980s. He also suffered from depression. Williams credits the overdose of John Belushi as the ‘wake up’ call. Williams become worsen again after an improvement in 2006. He immediately went to attending a rehab clinic.

Today’s workout is a huge milestone—it’s my first real strength training workout since my foot surgery! Recovery hasn’t been easy, but I’m excited to finally be getting back to doing what I love. My name is Jamilah, and this channel is dedicated to helping women ages 35 to 60 feel stronger, healthier, and more confident as we age.
In today’s workout, we’ll begin with a full-body stretch to warm up before moving into a strength training session using:
