Recon mission in the Mekong Delt...er...no...actually, we were sailing around Inle Lake in a tiny boat, though it did have an Apocalypse Now kind of vibe.
Jan 1., 2014, I uploaded the first picture of my custom US Recon from Battlefield 3. Original Photo
This reshoot is inspired by BF3 marketing art, like these three images.
Years later, I still think this figure is one of my best!
First part of the figure is done, it took me a while to get the right shape on the chest, but i think this looks well enough :D
Tell me what you think!
Also, 2 more exams and i'm done :D
These guys go ahead of a convoy or kill zone and scout it out. Their job is to eliminate all heavy defenses and report on enemy positions to battlefield commanders. This pic. features a sniper and viewfinder of my own creation. ( also a brickarms SMG.)
Another custom clone guy I made. Really pleased with this picture, probably my favorite one Iv'e taken. Hope you guys enjoy this! God Bless!

with all this photo action last few days I am taking it easy today, I am gonna let all these flying pixels settle before venturing out for more, lazy still life seems to be just the ticket, I was hoping for more from this pot to be honest, yesterday it did much better, bits in it were so much sparklier but I couldn't be bothered to fetch the camera so I thought "we'll see you again tomorrow , pot" but this morning light changed and the mood is more subdued , anyway to try and make it at least a little bit engaging I recon we can make a quiz out of it ..
Guess the brew?
To save your precious lockdown time guessing - it is not green tea.
Your answer is inside these two links, if we took something from each , and that something can be anything, these two somethings point to the answer, can that be any easier ? I really don't think so ...

Thanks to KitKat1414 for assisting with the edit!
Another one. lol. Anyway, yeah, here's the U.S. Recon class, Little messy as well, and again the photography is crappy, probably not up to par with what you guys are doing these days! Enjoy, lemme know what you think! Btw, 90% of these figures' gear is sculpted, including the base for the vest as well.
Two Scout Troopers report back to a Blizzard Force unit on what they've discovered.
Didn't have a lot of time to shoot this before the snow melted. But I wanted to post a followup to my last Scout photo for Star Wars Day.
Hey everyone,
Today I finally finished my ghost recon 30K fig! I had this guy lying around on my desk for months.
This is a repaint from my previous version, because I thought my old one looked kinda crappy.
The visor is inspired by Geoshift's.
Cheers,

I like making drones. And this here is just an advancement of a couple others I've made in the past. I was mainly trying to make this as small as I could while still carrying a weapon. That weapon being a Brickarms XM7, but if that offends your purist sensibilities a standard TLG gun can fit under there just fine.
It's been quite a while since I wanted to have my own little Lego SOF. And when I saw the new "Navy Seal package" from Sidan Toys I just couldn't resist. I'm not really a "custom guy" but did it anyway - first try. As the paint was dry and the weather fine I took them out for a walk in the park...
Special thanks to R.goff1 for making the hood/hat/mask combo and to X39BrickCustoms for the SKS ~ They really brought this custom together.
This was a rather simple figure, with the only difficult thing being the camo (still can't nail the Partizan). The arms, vest, and pouches are all sculpted, with R.goff1's hood and one pouch on the vest being the sculpt work that is not mine.
Given that I mixed some Craft Smart paints for the lighter greens seen on these Russians, the paint comes out a little rough so I may redo the paint with Citadel paints in the future. Again, these figs are for sale in case you are interested, so I might redo them after selling these ones off.
I'll need to make another Tiny Tactical purchase to complete the Engineer, so his release will be delayed. Until then, I've got a few new projects in the works that you all might like ; ) In the mean time, expect more, and comments speak louder than faves!

Last one I promise! Next I'll try some WWII, but I have just been wanting to test out stuff with my TT. Enjoy!

Built this to prove to myself that I can still sit down, design and build something in a day.
Photography needs some work, looking for any pointers for camera settings, indoor lighting, and lenses.
Thanks for stopping by, let me know what you think and have a good one!
