I took this at the Self-Realization Fellowship center is in Eninitas California.
The Self-Realization Fellowship Meditation Gardens are open to all that seek to come here to relax their mind, body, and spirit. Walking the grounds here is so tranquil, you can look out over the open waters of the mighty Pacific Ocean or you can find a spot nested in the gardens that gives you shade and floral fragrance as you rest your mind.
Ava, looking a little displeased with our Thanksgiving dinner, as she decided that there was nothing she was going to like. She ended up trying tiny bites of some things, but she mostly just ate the raw carrots that Steve had saved out for her, some turkey(!), and some of the ginger snaps that were used to make the crust for the cheesecake. The rest was rejected. Evan, on the other hand, loved the vegetables the most, especially the beets and brussels sprouts. Steve and I are apparently the only ones who really like stuffing, mashed potatoes, and black trumpets.

It suddenly hit me tonight, alone up here deep in the mountain forests, without Saskia by my side.I have no family left...My dear parents are dead. So now I have no one who I can call my actual family anymore?
I weep for the loss. But know my Saskia is just across the water...
