Yesterday while taking pictures of flowers around my parent's house, I came across the shiny metal object shaped like a butterfly that's below in the photograph. My mother had stuck it into her flowerbed. It's a nice ornament but for some reason it got me thinking about what's important to me and what I value in life. So I made about $25.. not bad.

It's been standing until my uncle died in 2003.. it was built in the early 1900's because I saw it in a photo of when my uncle was in uniform before he left for WWII in the Philippines.

Still got matches in it.. If only it was a rare match box..

My Dog from many years ago... She was a unwanted dog who I adopted from another family.. she kept escaping and running free.. she was a sweetheart
