Scab. I don't there's even a posh word for a scab. A scab is a scab. Infected wound.
This is what resulted from putting my hand into my backpack on the beach during camp. I pulled my hand out there was blood and a chunk of flesh missing. Ooops.

Had to set this shot up rather quickly, have an early wake up tomorrow. Black t-shirt for the backdrop, green t-shirt for some fake felt. I didn't even have time to iron the green shirt, although somehow I found some time to clone out some of the wrinkles!
