Another post (some of them have been remixes, essentially) from a recent random double exp roll shot on the run (didn't I vow to set aside time for actual photo drives/walks?). Both of my parents had medical emergencies last week, and for the moment, I'm just pleased that they're feeling better (and I have a moment to post another of these oddities). Thanks for stopping by. I decided to try take a picture of a person as randomly as I could while i was in Portland. I tried while walking down the street, but kept getting distracted and missing the shot, so finally I found this sweet spot in the front window of a pub where I could focus. I cheated on the geographic randomness though- I purposely chose an interesting street with lots of foot traffic. : )
OK, so this was the 16th person that passed by. I think he had something on his mind.

So here is a Savers find, where I got this Breyer scale doll but her limbs had melted into her torso but she had a really cute face and a nice, if sparse, hair colour. I wasn’t really inspired to do much until i saw Andrea had a couple of Bratz body hybrids and I saw that this breyer clone had a similar sized body to a Bratz. So I fixed up her wiry hair and plopped her onto a body and put her in a Daiso outfit.
I replaced her stumps with a pair of volks feet but I may try drilling out the legs to put in a pair of jointed Obitsu feet and replace her hands with Obitsu ones now that I know that my bf has a power drill hehe.
This thing is battery operated but still works.. but I cannot set the alarm anymore or change the minutes because the buttons aren't responding. Found it at Goodwill for $2.99

Few very subjective pictures from recent trip “home“. I moved away 25 years ago. So I wonder, what kind of perception this is ... Funny how that changes.
Apparently, a construction worker decided to hang up this headshot of Anna Pinna. Who Anna Pinna is, I have no clue. Still, there you go.
(Actually, like everyone else on the planet, Anna has a web site. Still, why her picture smiles back at me is anyone's guess.)

Törmäsin tähän hienoon ilmiöön tänään kotipihalla. Olin hakemassa puita ja viemässä roskia. Onneksi oli kännykkä taskussa. Kun puukoppa oli täynnä, olivat linnut jo hävinneet. Weird!
I encountered this interestingly weird bird flock phenomena today in my yard. Birds (all of them) disappeared very suddenly after this random movement. Fortunately I was there taking out the garbage and had my cell phone with me. What a perfect timing :-D
