LAB Theatre’s remarkable mobile stage is about to roll in to town. With eight actors performing, singing and interacting with the public, Comic Interludes is thirty minutes of mayhem, live music and improvisation based on the techniques of Commedia dell’arte, Clowning and Physical Theatre inspired by Renaissance European acting troupes and circus with a Pacific flavour.

Your guess is as good as mine.
Whenever I'm out and about with the DSLR in a bar or club, I almost always get asked by random strangers to take their photo(s). I don't like to pass up an opportunity to practice my people photography, so I always comply with their request(s).
What's kind of fascinating to me is that more often than not, they'll then wander off without providing me with their contact info so that I can email them the picture. Ah, the power of a "real" camera.

The randomization, of course, has thrown aesthetics right out the window. They look as if a child took a pair of scissors to a globe.
The next step, I think is to give the generating algorithm some direction to minimize the following
a) the number of pieces,
b) the number of cuts through, say, landmasses (which are undesirable when dealing with maps) or peoples heads if we're talking about panoramas.
c) the amount of distortion.
this reminds me of summer. Sun ripened blackberries are amazing. warm and jucy, a little tart but still sweet. so good.
Last week I went to our local Meijer, and happened to spot this. Notice the America's Choice brand olives... America's Choice was the brand sold by Farmer Jack grocery stores... Which officially went out of business on July 7, 2007 (over four years ago from when the picture was taken!) I wonder how it found its way inside of a Meijer store, but due to the health risk of someone eating these olives I told a worker at Meijer (who actually said he worked at Farmer Jack prior to working at Meijer) but he said he would make sure those olives were removed from the display and disposed of.
