The main one is their ability to run fast.

For more than 25 years, an international dog sled race has been taking place in the wilderness of Plateau de Retord. Many mushers love this site to train their teams throughout the winter.
The sled dog racing is subdivided into several categories according to the number of dogs harnessed and in three subcategories according to the breed of dogs harnessed.
Indeed, the faster Siberian Husky compete in a separate category, the other three breeds : Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed and Greenland dog run in the same category, while the so-called "Nordic type" dogs participate in their own category.

The eight-minute footage showing a white Minneapolis police officer slowly killing a black man has spread all around the world and caused an unprecedented outrage in lots of countries, not only in the US.
Last Thursday there was a demonstration against racism in Vienna, organized in connection with this horrible crime. The organizers had expected some 3,000 demonstrators, but eventually 50,000 demonstrators came (the number is an estimation given by the police).
Afterwards there was criticism, because covid-19 distance rules couldn't be followed in such a crowd. I didn't go there for fear of infection, and I suppose many others didn't take part in this demonstration for the same reason. Just imagine the crowd in the time without a pandemic!
I hope very much that all these demonstrations in the US and all over the world (the Vienna demonstration wasn't the only one outside the US) will be effective and lead to substantial changes and improvements in the US. The incumbent POTUS however isn't exactly much help in this situation...

Rače is a settlement with around 3000 inhabitants in the Municipality of Rače - Fram. The settlement is home to the Albaugh TKI chemical factory and the Rački ribniki - Požeg Landscape Park is nearby.
There is a castle in the settlement, which today houses a theatre hall, a library, a wedding hall and the seat of the Rače-Fram municipality. Due to the beautiful wedding hall and the ambience of the castle, weddings are very common there, as many couples from the surrounding area go there to get married.
Rače Castle (Kranichsfeld) is located in the middle of the settlement of Rače. In the first half of the 16th century, when it was built between 1528 and 1533, it was surrounded by a high embankment (an entrance with a portal was built in it, and a small bridge spanned the moat) and was also protected by a moat that ran around it on all sides. Perhaps there was a manor there as early as the 14th century, as the knight Fridreich von Raetz was mentioned in 1329, and the manor (hof ze Raycz) in 1403. The settlement was mentioned as early as 1240 (villa Rats).

Rače ist eine Siedlung mit rund 3000 Einwohnern in der Gemeinde Rače-Fram. Hier befindet sich die Chemiefabrik Albaugh TKI, und der Landschaftspark Rački ribniki-Požeg liegt in der Nähe.
In der Siedlung befindet sich ein Schloss, das heute einen Theatersaal, eine Bibliothek, einen Hochzeitssaal und den Sitz der Gemeinde Rače-Fram beherbergt. Dank des schönen Hochzeitssaals und des Ambientes des Schlosses finden hier häufig Hochzeiten statt, da viele Paare aus der Umgebung hierher kommen, um zu heiraten.
Das Schloss Rače (Kranichsfeld) liegt mitten in der Siedlung Rače. In der ersten Hälfte des 16. Jahrhunderts, als es zwischen 1528 und 1533 erbaut wurde, war es von einem hohen Wall umgeben (ein Eingang mit Portal und eine kleine Brücke überspannten den Burggraben) und wurde zusätzlich durch einen allseitig umlaufenden Burggraben geschützt. this weekend i sailed with my friends Gordie and Ruth in the Great Pumpkin regatta, and yesterday the winds were forecast to be light enough to bring a polaroid along -- nothing better than to be floating around out on the bay with about 200 other boats!
Race Rocks Light is one of the first two lighthouses that were built on the west coast of Canada, financed by the British Government and illuminated in 1860. It is the only lighthouse on that coast built of rock, purportedly quarried in Scotland, and topped with sandstone quarried on Gabriola Island
I have shamelessly stolen this idea from Mike Finkelstein (apologies Mike). This was actually a full dandelion clock when I started but the breeze gradually did what nature does best and dispersed the tiny feather like seeds around my garden to create new weeds for me to pull.
Taken from the level of the mill race the water level being enough to flow over the top and down the weir. From what I could see of debris left or moved by the extra water the level was at least 2 feet higher at the peak of the flow. From here to the sea the river coped with the flow but upriver from here there are quite a few flooded fields.
