Wizz Air's latest special livery aircraft, celebrating the addition of the 250th aircraft to their huge all-Airbus fleet. Delivered just four months earlier in November 2025, and looking clean and shiny on a beautiful February morning in Luton. Rotating away from RWY07 as the 'Wizz Air 145 Lima' to Katowice.

Not the best light nor the best bank we've seen out of RWY07, yet it was very, very nice to hear the roaring 154 again in Paris!

at the end of its life
We knew that this awesome bird was departing at 11:05AM. I decided to listen to my radio to make sure about the RWY used. Air traffic controller gave its SID with RWY09 as standard departure. But as a heavy plane, the ATC suggested RWY07, the longest one, for departure. Though it will have to expect delay due to CDG's inbound traffic... Nothing's special so far. Pilots have to make a choice, as they requested to depart RWY21 because they didn't want to wait. Much to our surprise, the ATC accepted RWY21!! First time ever I saw that given that RWY03/21 is basically used during Paris Air Show... So finally, "Azal 6734" was cleared for take RWY21 and performed a left turn heading 090 to avoid city of Paris dead ahead! That made my day indeed :D

"Romeo-Fox-Fox 8063" taking off RWY07 flying back to Vatry as a ferry flight after dropping some Russian devices in LBG due to Paris Air Show.
"Burkina 1" taking off RWY07 and asked to bank to follow radial 097° BT. I'm afraid we won't see that one for a while due to political crisis in Burkina at this time... wait & see! [BFA1]

"Victor-Kilo-Sierra" is departing from RWY07 bound JFK with an outstanding take off performing the famous right turn after departure to intercept radial BT on heading 097. It did it so that early!
Paris Air Show ends. "Romeo-Fox-Fox 8063" is departing RWY07 heading back to Russia after loading Russian devices.
Another classic one: "Victor-Papa-Charlie-Alpha-Quebec" is cleared to land RWY07. Nice to see a such one still flying! [VPCAQ]
