Just had a few days in Rome. Wow what a historic place. We got real lucky with our hotels location, it was on St Peters Square! Worked out that we trekked approx 30 miles in 3 days. Was bloody hot, 30+ every day. Loads to do and see, we ate out every night, the choice of food is amazing, its is pretty cheap too. Never saw the Pope though.
