Op Bevrijdingsdag deed autobus 262 van de RET dienst op lijn 32 van Station Zuid naar Overschie. In het decor van de onlangs volledig gerestaureerde Koningshavenbrug, ofwel De Hef in de volksmond, is deze bus onderweg op het stukje Noordereiland van deze lijn.
Deze voormalige spoorbrug heeft de status van Rijksmonument.

RET 262 seen near the Koningshavenbrug in Rotterdam. This railway bridge, also known as De Hef, was in service until 1993 and has then been recplaced by a tunnel. The bridge has recently been restored completely and is a Dutch National Monument.

In de zomer van 1985 werd in Het Park bij de Euromast in Rotterdam de natuurwetenschappelijke tentoonstelling "Fenomena" gehouden. Tussen het Centraal Station en het Willemsplein reed de tijdelijke lijn 15, die gereden werd door Düwag-tramstel 363 van de RET. Dit tramstel was sinds juli 1978 uitgedost als promotietram voor Rotterdam en maakte reclame voor de attracties Diergaarde Blijdorp, Spido Havenrondvaarten en de Euromast (1985).

During the summer of 1985 the scientific exposition "Fenomena" was held in Rotterdam. Between the Central Station and the Willemsplein RET exploited the temporary route 15 and used the promotional tram unit 363 for this service. This tram unit had since July 1978 a livery promoting the major attractions of Rotterdam like Blijdorp Zoo, Spido Harbour Cruises and the Euromast (1985).

De RET test op enkele trams en metrostellen een nieuwe striping in hun bedrijfslogo. De schuine groene baan is vervangen door een blauwe, zoals te zien is op tram 2038. De tram is onderweg op lijn 24 van Vlaardingen Holy naar De Esch en rijdt een omleiding via de Goudsesingel wegens werkzaamheden op de Coolsingel naar de Schiedamsedijk en de Blaak.

Rotterdam public transport company RET is testing a new striping at their company logo on several trams and metro trains. The diagonal green part has been replaced by a blue one, as can be seen on tram 2038.
The tram is working route 24 from Vlaardingen Holy to De Esch, detoured via the Goudsesingel due to construction works on the Coolsingel in the city centre of Rotterdam.

Van trein naar metro op de Hoekse Lijn - tijdelijk busvervoer tijdens de werkzaamheden.
RET 3439 (voormalig Hermes Eindhoven 3439) heeft zijn passagiers uit Hoek van Holland afgezet bij station Schiedam-Centrum en rijdt naar de buffer voor de volgende rit op lijn 711 (sneldienst Hoek van Holland - Schiedam-Centrum).

Op de dag van de KNMI-code rood stuurde de RET in Rotterdam rond het middaguur de meeste trams terug naar de remise en werd de dienstverlening in het centrum gestaakt. Werkwagen 2605 uit 1931 van Stichting RoMeO kwam daarna dapper op de baan om de sporen en wissels vrij te vegen en passeert hier spoorzoekend het Centraal Station.

Due to the weather conditions all tram services were suspended in the center of Rotterdam on 07-02-2021. The 90 years old works car 2605 came into service to free the tracks from snow and ice. The tramcar is spotted in front of the modern railway station; also the Dutch state railways suspended all passenger services this day.

Jaehyo Lee è un artista della Corea del Sud ed è un maestro della manipolazione del legno.
Recupera parti di tronco scartati nel bosco e li brucia parzialmente per poi lucidarli in modo che possano risaltare con forti contrasti.
La sua particolarità è rendere la superficie della scultura incredibilmente liscia.
"Voglio esprimere le caratteristiche naturali del legno, senza aggiungere le mie intenzioni", dice Lee. "Mi piace fare il massimo sentimento intrinseca del materiale. Piccole cose si sommano per la trasmissione di un potere più forte, una maggiore energia. Questo è il motivo per cui ho un bel po' di pezzi di grandi dimensioni. "
Ho avuto ufficialmente il permesso dalla Direzione di Arte Sella di pubblicare le immagini di queste Opere in quanto è proibito divulgarle su internet senza il loro benestare.
Arte Sella è un percorso in mezzo alla natura incontaminata,dove artisti di fama mondiale hanno realizzato delle sculture con quello che offre il bosco.
Chiaramente i diritti d'autore sono di loro proprietà e non è concesso divulgare in rete le loro opere, senza il loro permesso.

De RET 407 komt de hellingbaan op metro- en busstation Zuidplein afgereden op weg naar Keizerswaard.

In het mooie voorjaarszonnetje komt de 1436 van de RET over de Heemraadssingel in Rotterdam, op weg als lijn 44 naar Zuidplein.

A tram network is one of the most effective modes of public transportation. It’s zero-emission, high density and relatively fast (when the trams can run on independent tracks).
But it’s pretty capital intensive and not very flexible too. When an operator, like the Rotterdam RET here on the City – South line, decides that a tram service will be split in two, for the shortened service a separate return loop (keer lus) has to be created. Because most trams have only one driving cabin and can’t just simply change driving direction. In this case, a loop that uses the Postumalaan and the Veemstraat that connects to the existing tracks on the Laan Op Zuid has to be built.

Ieder uur was er ruimte in de dienstregeling om de Koningshavenbrug te openen voor de scheepvaart. Als er geen brugopening was kon dit pad benut worden voor extra vervoer. Zo zien we hier RET rangeerlocomotief 6102 "Dientje" met een metro treinstel onderweg van de werkplaats Kleiweg naar de RET werkplaats Feyenoord op 10 mei 1979
Lijn 4 Diergaarde Blijdorp - Molenlaan
Wegens reconstructie van het Hofplein rijden meerdere tramlijnen tijdelijk een andere route door het centrum van Rotterdam. Zo is de route van lijn 4 verlegd naar de achterzijde van het Centraal Station en heeft nu Diergaarde Blijdorp als beginpunt in plaats van het Heemraadsplein.
