A panoramic shot?
I wish i could have taken this shot with a better camera... (sana umulan ng DSLR! haha :D)
Cropped and BW photo in the comment section :)
At a city park within the Quezon Memorial Circle with the Quezon Memorial Monument and Shrine in the background, in Quezon City (in honor of Manuel Quezon, President of the Commonwealth Government after whom the city was named), Republic of the Philippines looking west southwest.
I never saw something of a sunset like this in Cebu but saw this a couple of times while traveling in in the metropolis for just a few days. Is it the smog causing this? I really don't have any answer but I'm sure my flickr friends in Manila can attest to this.;-D

Quezon, Bukidnon
Quezon City was made capital of the philippines between 1948–1976. Located on the island of Luzon, it is one of the most populous city of the country. The city was named after Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines 1935-1944, who founded the city and developed it to replace Manila as the country's capital. Quezon City is not located in and should not be confused with Quezon province, which was also named after the president.
Having been the national capital, Quezon City is the site of many government offices, including the Batasang Pambansa Complex, the seat of the House of Representatives, which is the lower chamber in the Philippine Congress. The main campuses of two noteworthy universities, the Ateneo de Manila University and the country's national university, the University of the Philippines Diliman, are located in the city.
