Se lo conoce también como: guasupuku (“ciervo grande”), en idioma guaraní; huasé, en idioma wichi; epelve, en idioma mocoví; y calimgo, en idioma qom (toba).

Este ciervo es el de mayor altura en América del Sur y vive en las provincias de Misiones, Salta, Formosa, Chaco, Santa Fe, Corrientes y Entre Ríos.
Su mayor enemigo no se halla en la naturaleza, sino que son los cazadores furtivos, quienes buscan su cornamenta como trofeo.

Qom is the second holiest city in Iran. Around the shrine, you can find anything you need, including balloons, slippers, sunglasses that make you feel like in a beach town!

The marsh deer (Blastocerus dichotomus), sometimes known as the swamp deer [3] (not to be confused with the barasingha, which can sometimes be called the swamp deer), is the largest deer species from South America reaching a length of 2 m (6.6 ft) and a shoulder height of 1.2 m (3.9 ft).
Fatima Masumeh Shrine, Qom, Iran.
Like the Masjid Imam Ridha in Mashhad, the Shrine of Fatimah Al-Masumeh in Qom is revered as one of the two most important Shi’ite cities inside Iran, and the two are closely related in more ways then one. The shrine is home to the Tomb of Fatimah, the daughter of Musa the 7th Imam and the sister of Ali the 8th Imam who is buried in Mashhad. She was therefore also a direct descendent of the Prophet Muhammad, and is honored among Shi’ites. More generally, the Tomb of Fatimah is possibly the most venerated holy place in Islam dedicated to a woman, with the exception only of the Tomb of Hagar in Mecca. Although not considered quite as sacred as Mashhad, Qom is nevertheless Iran’s most important religious center, and is home some of its most important schools as well as many of the highest-ranking Shi’ite officials.

Qom is the capital of Qom Province, Iran. The city is the site of the Shrine of Fatima Masumeh, who was the sister of the eighth Shi'a Imam Reza, and is buried there. As such, it is the second most sacred city in Iran after Mashhad (where Imam Reza is buried), a major pilgrimage site and a center of Shi'a theological study. I took this shot some 940 km south-southeast of Tbilisi on a Qatar Airways flight from Doha, Qatar, to Tbilisi, Georgia.
Jamkaran Mosque, Qom, Iran.
Masjid-e-Jamkaran is an important pilgrim center for Shia Muslims who are followers of the Twelve Imams. Located near Qom, the Masjid draws pilgrims from all parts of Iran as well as other countries, who stream in to Qom where all roads head to the mosque on Tuesday evenings.
The Masjid was built in the year 393 AH (1003 by the Gregorian calendar) by Hassan Bin Maslah by the order of Imam Madi (A.S), the Twelfth Imam of the Shia Isna Ashari (translated as followers of the Twelve Imams) Muslims. It is believed that the Holy Imam himself visits the mosque complex every Tuesday night which is why several thousands Shia pilgrims converge here on that day.
Shias widely believe that the Imam has said that his followers must pray four Rakaat Salaat in this Masjid, the benefits of which are equivalent to praying inside Khan-e-Ka'aba in Mecca.
