As some of you may already know, I recently was given the opportunity to shoot for the NEON iCON... aka; RiFF RAFF -One of the hottest and most successful celebrities and rappers out there right now. I first shot for RiFF RAFF ViP status in Seattle, at Showbox... and I knew I needed to keep going. I then traveled 600 miles to the Knitting Factory, in Spokane, WA, absolutely determined to make a business connection with the man himself, in person.

Meeting the NEON PYTHON was a trip -This dude is real as fuck, sported a $50K NEFF chain around his neck when I met him, and shakes the floor at a solid 250 LBS -He is currently being trained by Hulk Hogan for the WWE. I'm really stoked I had the opportunity to meet him, this guy has been a huge inspiration to me. I shot the event sporting my NEON iCON T and some fresh Jordan Oreo 6's to match it -Had to let Jody know I was a part of NEON NATiON!

For this I used nothing but the Contax 645 and Fujifilm 800Z. After some consultation with the world renound wedding photographer and author of "Film Is Not Dead", Jonathan Canlas, I decided his Lab was the one for the job, and I sent my negatives to The FIND Lab for developing and scanning. Normally I use a Fuji Frontier SP-3000 scanner, however I needed to grab extra shadow detail so I used a Kodak Noritsu scanner for this batch. I gave my film as much light as I could while stopping some motion, and camped at f/2 on the 80mm and stayed between 1/125th and 1/60th shutter. I pushed the film +3 stops, to 6400 ASA. In the future when I shoot for JODY HiGHROLLER, I will be using CineStill 800T paired with Ilford HP5 films, and pushing one stop, or not at all. Fuji 800Z is a very light-hungry film, and I was lucky to get useable images from shooting with it. This particular image had to be converted to Black and White, due to under-exposure from dim Tungsten lighting.

This image was recently featured (As of TODAY -Which is why I am releasing the image) on RiFF RAFF's official merchandise Instagram page @riffraffmerch !!! Once a Media Outlet is decided on, these images will be released to Press! I'm definitely going after WORLDSTAR HIPHOP for these ones!

The new Python with the old but repainted lift hill. The waiting area has changed. A single riders lane has been added (right) and if the system of 'boarding passes' might fail they have room to make a meandering system. But during the opening day, there was only one train and people should make a reservation by getting a boarding pass on the machines of app.

Operation Python

At the beginning of 2018 a large part of the attraction will be demolished and then re-built. That is the first time that the Efteling does that at a major attraction.

Only the lift, the station and the foundation are retained. The remainder of the runway is cut into pieces of five meters with a cutting torch, then a crane is loaded onto a truck and then disposed of together with the disassembled uprights as old iron. A steel company in Belgium makes the new job and stands for the Python. The new Python will look as good as possible on the old track, only the supports on which the rails will rest will be round instead of square.

The rebuilding of the attraction will take the most time. The bolted connections are assembled with a team of about 30 people. The installation of the loops will take place in four large parts of every eleven meters. This is followed by a twelve-day test program, whereby deliberate errors are made to test the emergency stop systems. Project leader of this "Operation Python" is Frank Poels.

Jen and I were relaxing in Parque Central, trying to figure out where to eat lunch. I couldn't help but admire the boots of the large Mexican immediately to my left. I finally worked up the nerve to compliment him on his boots. I thought they were made of Crocodile. Turns out, they were made from Python. After my profuse compliments, he was proud to pose for a photo.

(Sadly, I goofed. My intent was a very narrow DOF focusing only on the boots. Instead, DOF isn't nearly narrow enough, and not focused on the boots. Should have used a much wider DOF and gotten everything in focus. Oh well.)

The Burmese python (Python bivittatus) is one of the five largest species of snakes in the world (about the third-largest as measured either by length

or weight). It is native to a large variation of tropic and subtropic areas

of South and Southeast Asia.

They are often found near water and are sometimes semi-aquatic,

but can also be found in trees. Wild individuals average 3.7 m long,

but have been known to reach 5.74 m .

Burmese pythons are mainly nocturnal rainforest dwellers. When young, they are equally at home on the ground and in trees, but as they gain girth, they tend to restrict most of their movements to the ground. They are also excellent swimmers, being able to stay submerged for up to half an hour. Burmese pythons spend the majority of their time hidden in the underbrush.

Like all snakes, the Burmese python is carnivorous. Its diet consists

primarily of appropriately sized birds and mammals. The snake uses its

sharp rearward-pointing teeth to seize its prey, then wraps its body

around the prey, at the same time contracting its muscles, killing

the prey by constriction. It is often found near human habitation due

to the presence of rats, mice, and other vermin as a food source.

Burmese pythons are often sold as pets Although this species has a reputation for docility, they are very powerful animals, capable of inflicting severe bites or even killing a keeper by constriction.

The contemporary way of communication in the Efteling. Designer Anton Pieck (19 April 1895 – 24 November 1987) who died more than 30 years ago never could imagine what this sign was about. Social media like Facebook, Messenger, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat were nonexistent. Anton Pieck never wanted the Python in 'his' park as well, but the opening of Python transformed De Efteling from a playground with some fairytales to one of the most important themeparks in Europe and even in the world.

De Efteling

The Efteling is a fantasy-themed amusement park in Kaatsheuvel in the Netherlands. The attractions are based on elements from ancient myths and legends, fairy tales, fables, and folklore.

The park was opened in 1952. It has since evolved from a nature park with a playground and a Fairytale Forest into a full-sized theme park. It now caters to both children and adults with its cultural, romantic, and nostalgic themes, in addition to its wide array of amusement rides.

It is the largest theme park in the Netherlands and one of the oldest theme parks in the world. It is twice as large as the original Disneyland park in California and antedates it by three years. Annually, the park has nearly 5 million visitors. In 2016, it was the third most visited theme park in Europe, behind Disneyland Paris and Europa-Park. Over the years, it has received over 125 million visitors.
