Species of python found in Southeast Asia; it is widely regarded as the world's longest snake and longest reptile; specimens as long as 6 meters and weighing 59 kg have been reported. This individual was about 3 meters long.
The "reticulated" net-like patterning of it's scales gives the reticulated python its name.
Python Regius

"Princess" is a Royal or "Ball" python (Python regius), a native of West Africa. She is one of only three snakes who were bred and hatched at my place. She hatched in August, 1997, making her almost eleven years old. Royal pythons are among the most docile and gentle snakes in the world. Photo by Frank

Chester Zoo Bali (Captured just after shredding its skin) is the larger of their two impressive pythons, measuring over 6.5 meters long. At this size, she is thought to be the largest snake in Europe!
It seems like people are afraid of the Content-Length header item in a HTTP response. The crux of the matter is the fact that xmlrpclib.py still shares the love with the HTTP class instead of the newer HTTPConnection class fro httplib. That, and the fact that xmlrpc has seen its last update in "2004-08-20 mvl Bump minimum supported Python version to 2.1".

In 2018 Lubuto was awarded a grant from ViiV Healthcare’s Positive Action for Girls and Women to prevent early marriages by developing a Makerspace at the Mumuni Library. The Makerspace and its programs give girls, mothers, and female caregivers the opportunity to develop new skills, promoting educational achievement and increasing the financial capacity of mothers to support their families and keep their daughters in school. Our kick-off Makerspace activity was a Girls Can Code! residential technology camp that took place from April 7th-13th, 2019 at the Mumuni Nabukuyu Library. The camp offered life-changing opportunities to 27 girls who arrived with little to no experience using computers, and left as amateur programmers who had created games in Scratch and Python, programmed robotic vehicles, and built their own computers.

Another shot of Stubby w/Kain. We all held the Python today when we brought em home from the pet store. This guy is super docile and very cool.
This lovely lady is a Stimsons Python Antaresia stimsoni. The Stimsons python is a relatively small python in comparison with other Australian python species.
The Stimsons natural distribution range would probably be the largest distribution range of any Australian python. Within this huge distribution range there are several recognized morphs. These morphs were probably the result of environmental differences e.g. habitat, prey and climate differences, over thousands of years.
Generally speaking the Stimsons python is well suited as a captive pet. The temperament of these pythons is quite placid and besides the odd exception they are normally amendable to handling.
This lovely lady Roxanne belongs to the neighbours across the road from my parents. Trev has had her for about 12 years now and in that time she has grown quite a bit!
