Found while going through my archives I was happily surprised. I thought it was kinda purdy. Not real clear but I liked the soft blur makes it look dreamy. It's always fun to find something that was forgotten and almost lost. I hope you are all having a good and safe week. Thanks for your continued support :-)

I thought these were cute little flowers. I have no clue what they are, I'm not a flower person...but lately, I have loved photographing them!

The Arkansas & Missouri Railroad is a short line that up until recently was as a haven for Alco locomotives, in particular a pair of RS-1s and a gaggle of Alco C420s.

On the afternoon of April 14, 2022, Arkansas & Missouri's Monett Turn blasts through Purdy, MO as the train makes its return trip to Springdale, AR after working the BNSF interchange in Monett. The A&M's trio of former EMD demonstrator units are on the point; the middle unit in the consist, A&M 71, has recently returned to service following wreck repairs, but has not been fully repainted yet. A&M operates on former Frisco trackage between Monett, MO and Fort Smith, AR.

This "purdy" girl is the mascot of Blue Bicycle Books across the street from Bubba Slye's. We always stop in to see her too. She's sweet and lets people pet her.

Until about a year ago the shop was called Boomer's. Purdy always stayed in the front window. When the shop was sold, Purdy went with it! There are at least two newspaper articles posted on the walls which tell about it. Now she just sits wherever she wants to, always looking for someone to pay attention to her.

She's even "purdy-er" here
