I love the British television series Peaky Blinders so I just had to come up with a Peaky pug costume. LOL The costume took a while to put together. I had the hardest time finding a cap to fit. I finally lucked out at the thrift store in the children’s section. No detail was left out, right down to the razor blade on the cap rim and the pocket watch. So without further ado, I give you our old pro Miss Bailey Puggins dressed as Arthur Shelby, our favourite character from the series.
