An Atlantic Puffin, also known as the Common Puffin, by a rainy day at latrabjarg cliffs in Westfjords, Iceland.
The latrabjarg Cliffs - the largest Seabird Cliff in Iceland - are perhaps the most dramatic location to witness the Icelandic puffins.
Thought the passing boat would make a nice background.

A couple of Puffins waiting patiently for us photographers to go away so that they could get to their burrows to feed hungry youngsters.
Dieser überaus hübsche Papageientaucher setzte sich in meiner Nähe auf einen mit Gras bewachsenen Stein. Bevor er mit der weiteren Nestauspolsterung mit Gras begann, wollte er sich mir noch von seiner besten Seite zeigen. Begeisterung pur - auf beiden Seiten. ;-)
