There are separate clear laws regarding organ transplantation of a living person and organ transplantation of a dead body from the brain. If there is a living donor, there is a provision to have family or close relatives only. Similarly, organ donation of any unknown person is illegal. There are many misconceptions in the case of brain dead, strict laws have been made to remove them. First, it has to be proved to be brain dead, after that the permission of the relatives is necessary.
