Alternativa is a series of exhibitions accompanied by numerous additional events, which seeks new tracks for art and its social role. The Festival’s concept relates to the political traditions of Gdańsk as well as to new phenomena in art that started to emerge in Gdańsk at the beginning of the 1980’s.
I found this weird camera thing that is similar to a View Master but only has one eye hole. It seems to be made to display family photos, or perhaps vacation/tourist memories... with fake family photos inside, but I can't find another one on the whole internet.
