Rio do Sul (SC), 29/06/2023 - O Governador Jorginho Mello participou solenidade do Programa Santa Catarina Levada a Sério + Perto de Você na AMAVI (Associação dos Municípios do Alto Vale do Itajaí) na tarde desta quinta-feira (29) na cidade de Rio do Sul. No evento o governador entregou 13 viaturas descaracterizadas e equipamentos eletrônicos para a Polícia Civil.

Sin duda una de las actividades físicas que actualmente más agrada en el país es la Zumba, y Viña del Mar no ha sido la excepción, ya que desde las masivas sesiones veraniegas en la Playa del Deporte, las coreografías de esta disciplina fitness ha conquistado definitivamente a la Ciudad del Deporte.
Junto a la iniciativa de Zumba Tour Viña “Levamos la fiesta a tu sector” 2015 que recorre esta temporada la ciudad, son múltiples los talleres de esta actividad aeróbica que se realizan de forma gratuita como parte del programa “Activados”, implementado por la alcaldesa Virginia Reginato, junto a l municipio local, a través de la Casa del Deporte, por todo Viña del Mar.
Uno de ellos, es el que se puede disfrutar los martes y jueves, de 19:00 a 20:00 hrs., en el Gimnasio Corporación Municipal de calle 10 Norte; y en donde, por medio de una matrícula gratuita que se completa el día y la hora en el lugar que ha sido fijada la clase, todos los “zumberos” de Viña del Mar pueden unirse a esta verdadera fiesta en el plan de la ciudad. The European University Cyprus Orientation Program is designed to welcome new students to the University community, facilitating the process of settling into a new and unfamiliar environment. Orientation days are organized every semester, two weeks prior to the beginning of classes. Faculty and staff are on hand to show students around campus, advise on University policies and regulations, and discuss the selection of courses.

Participants in the Florida Master Naturalist Program's Coastal Restoration Course volunteered with Tampa Bay Watch to place oyster homes around Fanatasy Island in Hillsborough County. Oysters will eventually settle on the domes, resembling a natural oyster reef. The new reef will serve as a living shoreline to prevent coastal erosion and improve water clarity.
Brighter Bites is a collaborative effort designed to improve access to healthy, affordable food and provide nutrition education. The University of Texas School of Public Health, KIPP Schools, the Houston Food Bank and Texas Children's Hospital have partnered to offer the 16-week program to third-grade children enrolled at KIPP Explore Academy and their parents. As you can see from the photos, those healthy kale smoothies are a hit!
The Library as Place program from the Michigan Library Association. The excellent program was held at the Novi Public Library (Novi, Michigan) on Friday May 31, 2013. The excellent program included presentations about libraries supporting businesses, sustainable communities, Makerspaces and therapy dogs in the library.
(4/26/18)The Portland Bureau of Transportation was thrilled to sponsor the Dia de los Niños parade as part of the Portland in the Streets Community Grants Program at Rigler Elementary School.
They performed a parade around Cully neighborhood with creatively dressed up Rigler's students, with the Bajo Salario Collective Band, and Beaumont school band, followed by dance performances and community dinner.

This picture was drawn by hand without a subject model save the owl from a picture of an owl found online. A pencil sketch was finished in ink and enlarged and duplicated at a printing company for coloring. It also served as a concert poster and advertisement of a company function.
