The IBX Probe Droid is a droid utilized by the empire for reconnesence (or however its spelled). It has a 180-degree view with its main photoreceptor, in addition to a "bug" launcher on its right side. It can launch high-tech nanodroids, nicknamed "bugs" due to their small size, into any form of terrain. They utilize a miniature camera or microphone and send the information they record back to the IBX. The IBX then transmits the data to any Imperial communications near it.
