On a stormy day, what better idea is there than to run into the sea, do a couple of press-ups and then continue your run? Tough Mudders, I think.
I was walking Irvine Beach with Grace and Jakob during Covid 19 lockdown tier 1-5.

I did a photo shoot at my gyms Boot Camp this morning and loved this shot of Debbie doing a press up hold - she holds the record of 7 1/2 mins plank and is awesome ! Great to be back
Happy Slider Sunday all !
nobody could guess the sheer bloody mindedness that Captain Haddock is capable of. Eighteen fecking hours of press - ups, the boys are contemplating murder in their nightmares.
Saturday night in the city centre of Cardiff

Portrait shot of Harry AA, Team GB sprinter and Lucozade Sports Ambassador, taken in Loughborough off the back of a shoot for Men's Health back in April.
I'm priviledged to work with some incredible sportspeople and Athlete's, but rarely have I come across someone as infectiously enthusiastic as Harry. We were shooting for most of the day and he never flagged for a moment, in fact quite the opposite - he was usually the one suggesting things and encouraging everyone else. Plus he has explosive strength which I don't think I've ever seen in anyone else, including other sprinters. It was almost mesmerising watching him doing muscle ups and clap pressups - he just seemed to bounce and hang in the air.
It's lit with 3 flashguns, an sb900 through a 60cm softbox just left of camera, and 2 sb800's back left and right of Harry with wide angle diffusers on. All triggered with a Pocket Wizard and with the ambient dialled down enough to show just a hint of the indoor track.

Stormtroopers 365 > Day 183/365
hard to get a good photo... too many people about, several being very athletic and using the benches and grassy areas to do pressups and plank workouts but were very wary of me and my camera.

Boca do Inferno (Portuguese for Hell's Mouth) is a chasm located in the seaside cliffs close to the Portuguese city of Cascais, in the District of Lisbon. The seawater has access to the deep bottom of the chasm and vigorously strikes its rocky walls, making it a popular tourist attraction. The cave was the first to be depicted in moving pictures, in the 1896 British film "A Sea Cave Near Lisbon" which shows waves breaking at the mouth of the cave. Wikipedia

A lizard who was a regular visiter to our villa - the following description was the only one I could find that fitted - if I've got it wrong please put me right!
Green anoles (Anolis carolinensis) are medium-sized lizards with long tails. They are the only anole native to the US. Sometimes called chameleons because of their color-changing ability, they can be anywhere from emerald green to brown or gray. When stressed, they turn dark brown. Males have a pink or red extendable dewlap or throat fan. Males often engage in lateral displays that includes head bobbing and pushups. The toes have adhesive pads on the undersides.

The bus was a work of art called "London Booster" by Czech artist, David Cerny.
The bus actually did press-ups!
Went for our lunch time run around the park and then I asked the ladies to pose for this shot to make us look as though we were doing an hardcore work-out. As they were posing there with their buttocks in the air, an old dude on a bike rode by and made a most disturbing groaning noise at them
Actually just testing lighting and shadow - but it serves to illustrate how useful having no chair on the floor actually is (note - see the chair on the bed, upper left of the shot...). No, I'm not naked.

So, I decideds to ponders the possimibilities while I did my dailies workouts.
Midways through my routiner of five hundreds push ups (I gets nicknamereds the push ups king by the hotels staff here in Sunnyvales) it came to me likes a bolter of lightnings, another awesome sunny day besiders the Pacifics Oceaner!

One of the best pieces of public art I've seen. This bus is outside the Business Design Centre in Angel (currently taken over by the Czech Olympic team). And it does press-ups.
It was created by the same bloke who did this controversial piece: news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/7827738.stm
Still digging around in the old hard drives. This was taken on Pepys Estate in Deptford - by the River Thames. London. June 2013.
