This is a picture of a project one of my fellow graduate students is working on. If you are at all familiar with photovoltaics you have probably heard of microinverters which are intended to be used in conjunction with a single PV module. I called these nanoinverters because the idea here is to take it one step smaller by attaching an inverter to each PV cell inside of a module. Its pretty cool stuff but I think it makes for an equally cool picture!

Before creating #Egosystem, Carlos Villar played with Cielito Lindo youtu.be/NAcOA4Z-csY, an experimental post-rock band.
#Egosystem is influenced by the concept of work in progress, surrealism, sound-collage, minimalism and industrial music.
He also began to incorporate visual #projections into his work under the influence of cinema. #Egosystem mounted wall-of-sound performances, featuring several mm and others film projectors.

This album features eight pieces, performed by #Egosystem, with a focus on dark 'landscapes' and cathartic explosions.
