Paris based street artist, Space Invader, has invaded the world with his small mosiacs featuring his Space Invader characters. To make this print, featuring an invader I first made a 15mm x 15mm vinyl block. Then I made a handle and glued that to the block. Next I ruled up the paper into a grid and worked out the placement of the colours, then I printed each block using the little vinyl print - hoping I did not make any mistakes. This is poster #4 in my project to create 52 posters using the media favoured by street artists during 2013. #4/52
Inspired by the innocence of little kids and the wonder of nature. A little girl holds a wild bird in her upturned hand. The silhouette is overlaid with an antique painting of peonies in shades of pink and white. The background is purple.
Updated version of a British WWII poster, "Tittle Tattle Lost the Battle".
It originally featured an indignant Hitler, but I decided to change it to something more pleasant and upbeat!

Stunning Pont Alexandre III bridge (1896) spanning the river Seine. Decorated with ornate Art Nouveau lamps and sculptures it is the most extravagant bridge in Paris.
Taken at Albany's boat launch in cold, rainy, dark conditions. Being here at this hour can be awful scary. It reminds me an awful lot of the under-belly of a large dragon.

Ufo Catcher, or magic hands, are very popular in Japanese game centers, this machine in particular carries a whole list of hybrid characters. Can you guess all of them? The names of the characters all appear on the top right list.

Who doesn't love the setting sun over the sea ? This print is packed full of gorgeous deep, moody tones. Easy to coordinate with neutral tones and add a little splash of colour. A mesmerizing delight to have on any wall.
