Introduction “The Stairway to Heaven Manuscript” – Blueprint to communicate with Infinite Intelligence…………… “I took 3 nights and 3 days off of work, to step by step find out why I ended up where I did, and what I was like in the past — there were a series of beliefs about changes, and problem solving, and crisis management, etc etc that were tied to negative beliefs, not positive — since you can’t change the past, the only way this could be done would be to change certain beliefs about types of events, and place them in a certain sequence working from the present to the past, systematically having all past experiences not have effected me at all. — I got to the sequence of changes needed, and found them to be “in theory” correct. Then I had to believe that if I could adopt these beliefs, in the order I had written, that they would work / instantly HEAL my Depression problem. I had to also believe that my mind would accept these new beliefs without question, and that I had come up with a way to fix all issues at once, and most importantly, the plan would work.

For a long time I had been using this so called law of attraction in my jobs and later on career-wise, and I knew there were higher forces at work but just didn't know what to call it or how to describe it, all I would do is visualize and believe and that created some really nice things for me by allowing me to advance from a job to a career. We had a great day. One of the hard things that actually isn't (well at least wasn't today) was going to the grocery. My little E listened so well and was so well behaved!! God I love that kid!! We had a full day of fun.
I am sleepy though, these days filled with fun and playing can sure be tiring. But it feels great going to bed tired and knowing it is because I was living life.
Appreciation of what you have is a key part of happiness. Always longing for what others have, when there are likely people longing for what you have, can be tiring and draining. I appreciate that I had this beautiful day with my son, money in my bank account to buy us groceries, great neighbors who love to play and are always good conversation, a nice comfy bed with a warm blanket and pillows that will keep me cozy through my dreams. I could go on. I find often this helps if I am feeling down about something i "must" have but for whatever reason I can't. If i focus on what I do have and am grateful for it, it lifts my mood and I realize how lucky and blessed I am.
