The hardest thing I have had to do is fight to regain a healthy mental mind. I am not perfect and it has not been a linear recovery. Some days I feel as though I am going backwards. I know when I look at the bigger picture I am moving forward. There is no blueprint for recovery because everyone is different. We could all have the same diagnosis but the impact on us and the people around us will be unique as no two people are the same. On bad days, concentrate on being grateful for what you have. There is always something to be grateful for even if it is a comfy bed or sofa for you to lay on. Keep safe, don't succumb to any negative thoughts you might have.
