Another one from the Iceland poppy (papaver nudicaule / Islandmohn) that I saved from the slugs. Now it shines in a flower pot on the terrace. This bud was really tiny 😄 Happy Tuesday ☀️

Adelaide's Rundle Mall is full of popup eating places these days. A small stall and some light tables and chairs and hey presto you have a popup cafe. I was sitting at a popup fruit bar further away from these chairs on a Friday evening back in June.

About:

Phantom Galleries LA - www.phantomgalleriesla.com

Phantom Galleries LA is a Los Angeles County based organization that transforms vacant storefront windows into 24/7 public art galleries. Each installation is a unique relationship between the participating Artist, Curator, Property Owner and the Community that the exhibit is in. Exhibits are curated by local Arts Organizations, Los Angeles based Galleries, Independent Curators, and Los Angeles based Artists. The project gives local artists an opportunity to exhibit their work, while fostering economic development by drawing attention to available retail space. The project promotes the creative communities of Los Angeles to a broader audience. By pooling our resources we can create goodwill and a sense that Los Angeles is a single community booming with culture.

SoCiArts – www.sociarts.com

SoCiArts is a grassroots community dedicated to all artists from around the world interested in social change through the arts. SoCiArts believes artists are architects of life; they know how to break the old boundaries and build remarkable new ideas. Membership with SoCiArts is free and open to anyone and everyone. Artists are invited to join and use the resources as they wish for as long as they want. From time to time, SoCiArts Productions helps its active members to promote their art by producing exhibitions, book signings, concerts and screenings, creating a platform for like-minded artists and art enthusiasts to connect with one another.
