The "Dancers" (only 2+3 of 3 in the picture) feature the elongated limb element. The inspiration for this piece comes from a period when Michal Gabriel practiced Aikido and draws upon the principles of transforming energy. These characters dance through space, leaving in their wake a trail of vitality.

Herstellung

Devoré (also called burnout) is a fabric technique particularly used on velvets, where a mixed-fibre material undergoes a chemical process to dissolve the cellulose fibers to create a semi-transparent pattern against more solidly woven fabric. The same technique can also be applied to textiles other than velvet, such as lace or the fabrics in burnout t-shirts.[1]
Devoré comes from the French verb dévorer, meaning literally to devour.

Looking forward to today's cloth collection. HMM to you, dear flickr friends. Have a colourful day :)
Looking down on a 3-strand polyester rope, commonly used as a fender line or mooring line for boats. It is often coiled on a dock in a spiral pattern known as "cheesing down". Taken on a dock in Gzira, Malta using a Canon 50mm 1.4 lens, converted to black and white in Lightroom.
I was curious to find something unusual for this group's letter t, and I found this rather fun. I hope that you enjoy!
Textile materials are fibers, yarns, and fabrics made by weaving, knitting, or bonding natural or synthetic threads. Common natural materials include plant-based cotton and linen, and animal-based wool and silk. Popular synthetic options are polyester and nylon, which are derived from chemical compounds.
With heartfelt and sincere thanks for your kind visit. Have a wonderful day, stay healthy, stay alert, appreciate the beauty around you, enjoy being creative, stay safe, 😊😊😍

Glide thread which I typically use for free motion sewing and typically are used for wall hangings as they are 100% polyester. I retired 5 years ago and still get up at 5 am and I then get in my room (with coffee) and create! Makes me VERY happy that I have this craft to keep me creative.

I used to go to Fry's Electonics and buy four-packs of these. Now, they go through the permanent magnet eraser a few times and then they're landfill.
I reduced the original panorama. It came out HUGE. My poor old Macintosh gagged on it. The CPU usage was floored at 100%.

The D'Ieteren company has a 200 year long history in coach building, car designing, importing and assembling cars in Belgium. The private collection of D'Ieteren Gallery includes some 70 classic cars on display. It includes both very rare and exclusive cars as well as common cars. All of them have a connection with their automotive activities over the last 125 years.

Handmade Polyester Resin Charm. I picked the tiny flowers inside. These are really hard to photo. I was wondering what you thought about it? I know the photos are the most important part of any web site. I think this might be the best one I took today. There are more photos on etsy to. www.etsy.com/people/myeyestudios?ref=hdr_user_menu
