Die "Tänzer" (im Bild nur 2+3 von 3) weisen das Element der verlängerten Gliedmaßen auf. Die Inspiration für dieses Stück stammt aus einer Zeit,in der Michal Gabriel Aikido praktizierte und stützt sich auf die Prinzipien der Energieumwandlung. Diese Figuren tanzen durch den Raum und hinterlassen eine Spur der Vitalität.
The "Dancers" (only 2+3 of 3 in the picture) feature the elongated limb element. The inspiration for this piece comes from a period when Michal Gabriel practiced Aikido and draws upon the principles of transforming energy. These characters dance through space, leaving in their wake a trail of vitality.

Helsinki - Moments
A Futuro house, or Futuro Pod, is a round, prefabricated house designed by Finnish architect Matti Suuronen, of which fewer than 100 were built during the late 1960s and early 1970s. The shape, reminiscent of a flying saucer, and the structure's airplane hatch entrance has made the houses sought after by collectors. The Futuro is composed of fiberglass-reinforced polyester plastic, polyester-polyurethane, and poly(methyl methacrylate), measuring 4 metres (13 feet) high and 8 metres (26 feet) in diameter.

Passaros, Les Oiseaux en portugais, est une sculpture réalisée au Havre, par Marianne Peretti, une artiste franco-brésilienne (née en 1927). L’œuvre, en résine polyester teintée en blanc mat, est composée de deux oiseaux d’1,80 mètres de longueur sur 2,25 mètres de largeur chacun. Ils sont juchés sur des colonnes elles-mêmes posées sur une dalle. La sculpture est intégrée au « Volcan»1, un ensemble architectural conçu par l’architecte brésilien Oscar Niemeyer (1907 – 2012) qui comporte une bibliothèque et une grande salle de théâtre et de concert.
Passaros, The Birds in Portuguese, is a sculpture made in Le Havre, by Marianne Peretti, a Franco-Brazilian artist (born in 1927). The work, in polyester resin tinted in matt white, is composed of two birds 1.80 meters long and 2.25 meters wide each. They are perched on columns which are themselves placed on a slab. The sculpture is integrated into the “Volcan”1, an architectural ensemble designed by the Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer (1907 – 2012) which includes a library and a large theater and concert hall.

Another image of the very striking Jenna-C from our backyard photo shoot. All of these images were shot with minimal equipment, just the D7000 and a single off camera flash. We also used a large white reflector to bounce sunlight. The veil is four yards of black polyester cloth. I love its transparency and the way it floats around on just the slightest breeze.

A pretty polyester satin blouse, with draped sleeves and princess seams. Made from the Pendrell Blouse pattern, and worn with a Beignet skirt, also made by me!

This polyester sculpture, a gigantic replica of the human digestive system was designed by the Dutch artist Joep Van Lieshout as an exclusive apartment. The raw natural shapes and colours stand in sharp contrast to the pristine white interior of the construction.
The room contains a double bed, a table, a shower and a toilet. CasAnus is also equipped with lightening, running water and electric heating.
One night in Joep Van Lieshout’s installation costs €120 for two people. Breakfast and access to the museum are included in the price.
