Die "Tänzer" (im Bild nur 2+3 von 3) weisen das Element der verlängerten Gliedmaßen auf. Die Inspiration für dieses Stück stammt aus einer Zeit,in der Michal Gabriel Aikido praktizierte und stützt sich auf die Prinzipien der Energieumwandlung. Diese Figuren tanzen durch den Raum und hinterlassen eine Spur der Vitalität.
The "Dancers" (only 2+3 of 3 in the picture) feature the elongated limb element. The inspiration for this piece comes from a period when Michal Gabriel practiced Aikido and draws upon the principles of transforming energy. These characters dance through space, leaving in their wake a trail of vitality.

Looking down on a 3-strand polyester rope, commonly used as a fender line or mooring line for boats. It is often coiled on a dock in a spiral pattern known as "cheesing down". Taken on a dock in Gzira, Malta using a Canon 50mm 1.4 lens, converted to black and white in Lightroom.
I was curious to find something unusual for this group's letter t, and I found this rather fun. I hope that you enjoy!

Glide thread which I typically use for free motion sewing and typically are used for wall hangings as they are 100% polyester. I retired 5 years ago and still get up at 5 am and I then get in my room (with coffee) and create! Makes me VERY happy that I have this craft to keep me creative.

Albert Szukalski created the Ghost Rider in 1984. He formed the sculpture by draping plaster coated burlap over models, then applying polyester to preserve the result. This piece is displayed by the Goldwell Open Air Museum near the ghost town of Rhyolite in Nevada.

The impressive ball lying on the surface of a fountain from which you look at the sea, is the bronze cast made in 1998 by sculptor Arnaldo Pomodoro on a polyester model arrived in Pesaro in 1971 but realized in 1967 for the Expo ' Montreal. The original work is today in Rome in front of the main entrance of the Foreign Ministry, the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
Conceived as the pure vision of reality, the sphere is no more than the world torn and cracked by external events.
Arnaldo Pomodoro (born 23 June 1926) is an Italian sculptor. He was born in Morciano, Romagna, Italy. He currently lives and works in Milan. His brother, Giò Pomodoro (1930–2002) was also a sculptor.
Some of Pomodoro's "Sphere Within Sphere" (Sfera con Sfera) can be seen in the Vatican Museums, Trinity College, Dublin, the United Nations Headquarters and Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York, the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in Washington, D.C., Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, the de Young Museum in San Francisco, Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art, American Republic Insurance Company in Des Moines, Iowa, the Columbus Museum of Art in Columbus, Ohio, the University of California, Berkeley and the Tel Aviv University, Israel.

i've always wanted to be in a southern california bike gang <3 kinda lyk the kids in the book/movie HOOT.
This crochet lace choker/necklace is handmade by me. I used very thin, soft polyester yarn in the shades of turquoise blue and mango color, the colors of summer blue waters and tasty yummy mangoes. At the end is a beautiful lace pattern adorned with jingling bells/charms made of silver colored metal. The closure is made of a silver hook clasp with rings on the other side so you can adjust it as per your neck size. This is my original pattern.

I've had this blouse for decades, and I was thinking about Goodwilling it, but after wearing it again... I think I will hold onto it a bit longer. 😄 The material is quite interesting... not shiny smooth like satin, but it definitely has a sheen to it (100% polyester).
