Wire is the theme this week. I have lots of wire as I have been gradually rewiring my old house. I am fairly good with the electrical part of things. Plumbing? Not so much.

My brother passed away 2 and half months ago so this being Thanksgiving made things a bit sadder. I am not looking for condolences. It was just a weird day missing him.

I guess we should all be thankful for each other while we are here.

... this time with a lower POV :-) ...

After a long period, finally we had a little rain in Istanbul..This year it's much more warmer than it used to be; during november it was around 17-20 degrees, which is about 5-7 degrees higher than the average. At this beautiful morning, it rained and turned leaf colours into bright, washed the ground that enabled the reflection..

I used my 18-55 mm to get a wider angle effect, used POV, in order to get a sort of tilt shift lense mood, try to keep human out of the image, so it looked like as fall belonged only to leaves...

Took this pic by laying the camera lens right on top of the ledge of my Artemisia plant pot. This is what's underneath the Artemisia. I was surprised at how much stuff was growing under in there! lol.. Lots going on. An ants playground. ;-)
