I've always wondered about the reason for my photography, and the more I look around, I find myself trapped in a jail of guilt and responsibility to ensure the safety of our planet. The stalls at Chinatown that sell candies and preserved fruits usually allow sampling. Patrons just pick out what they want to sample from the small plastic containers.
