This is the library and resource center for the teachers in training to use for their work with students and their classes. It looks somewhat different than when I first attended university here, and there many children's and YA books available here. There are many tools and technology available here for the students to use in their quest to become teachers.

There's a bench around the base of it so that you can sit here and read, have lunch, or whatever. There's also an analog clock directly above the arch.

UPDATE: Some kids were ringing the bell yesterday while the news filmed them. I have no idea what the event was for.
