Today's vintage style pinup art is a brand new pinup in another tribute to the late great Bill Randall with 'Laundry Day'! Betty’s day with laundry has turned quite the affair, a windy afternoon sends clothes through the air. With a smile on her face and a tug of the line, she’s blissfully unaware of the scene she aligns. To a neighbor’s quick glance, it's a shocking display, but Betty, unknowing, just laughs at the fray.
While this pinup was partially created with AI as a base, custom styles were applied based on my own work resulting from many weeks’ worth of training and testing. The original 'pose' and concept came from a photograph of a model in this pose and was custom used to 'influence' the AI to be less 'artificial' and more controlled like a filter. Post-render the image was taken into photoshop and revisited several times to perfect bad details and heavily edited/repainted to produce the final image. Additional details were added and manually painted digitally. The idea is to use AI as part of the workflow only in creating brand new unique pinups in a brand-new style while still honoring the classic pinups of the 1940s/1950s.

Today's vintage-style pinup art is another tribute to the late great Bill Randall with ‘Fanciful Fortress’! It's been a while since I've done a pinup gal with a World War 2 aircraft, so here's one in the Randall art style! The gal is in a classic 'back breaking' pinup pose, with a Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress bomber in the classic two-tone olive drab green and grey scheme from the European Theater of World War 2. I'm going to experiment with different styles with the aircraft in the future.

Let the mashups continue! After spending years training as a samarai she finally graduated from the academy, only to be faced with a hoard of 5,000 zombies on a trip to Brisbane. A sad sad story indeed!
An entry in our Zombie Pinup Contest!
