We think too small, like the frog at the bottom of the well. He thinks the sky is only as big as the top of the well. If he surfaced, he would have an entirely different view.

It's hard to believe that this menacing looking creature is actually a rather smallish Green Tree Python at the Toronto Zoo just having a rest. A little zoom, a liitle tonal processing, and voila, you have spooky.
I'm revisiting some of my older shots. This one taken during a trip to the Zoo in 2017.
Non lasciamo vuoti i giorni del nuovo anno, ma riempiamoli delle nostre speranze, delle nostre azioni, dei nostri gesti quotidiani….
We must not leave blank the days of the new year, but let’s fill them with our hopes, our actions, our everyday gestures ....

Seen from the west bank of Loch Carron, a fine dusting of snow highlights Ben Killilan dominating the backdrop to 158704 working ScotRail's 13:35 2H85 Inverness to Kyle service. The unit itself obscures the diminutive platform at Attadale, the station sign visible over the leading coach.

Not a particularly good photo because I cut off the roof ridge but I was gratified to see that the crow that was wandering around had spread its wings when I clicked.Next time I go to Nyon I'll try again.
This fine young gentleman has a small tailor shop in Yanaka Ginza with excellent style. For a longer time I was interested to take some pictures. This weekend I entered the shop and asked him. He was very kind and allowed me to shoot whatever and from which angle I wanted. I always enjoy these small shops where you can find fine handmade quality.
