Tracy Paulding, part of Paulding & Company, a family-run commercial kitchen that teaches everyday people to cook, pitches at BizTechDay's Big Success entrepeneur competition. The monthly BizTechDay event series, which have grown from five members in 2008 to several thousand in 2009, gives participants the chance to network while learning how to apply new technology such as social media to their businesses. The semi-finalists will go on to pitch in front of 1,300 other entrepreneurs at the BizTechDay Conference, a two-day tehnology training summit for small businesses. The final winner will get a five-minute prime time slot on one of the Bay Area's biggest network channels and VIP tickets to the Super Bowl.
