The sumac this year were really interesting and varied in color and pattern. I thought the way the leaves "layered in" in this picture, like patterns, were just pretty.

This was taken on December 21st, what a different world we were living in. I didn't like it at first, but there was kind of an excitement about having snow. Of course Willow loved it so that added to our appreciation. I don't know if we will get more snow, with the weather these days nobody knows.....
