The beautiful and serene landscape of the Japanese Garden in the Missouri Botanical Garden

An interesting History, see I was in the boy scouts as a kid growing up, then yeah we did navigational tracking using this wild hill I'm standing on. exciting and fun times.

Then, years later, on my scooter this would become a nice destination for me to get away from the 'city'... Standing on Fairland Koppies, seen on the horizon is Northcliff-Hill. to the left you can see the rugged path to walk on. Winter 2021.

my father joined on this one occasion - wanted to show him the views...

I know I'm uploading a lot (at least, more than usual), it's just that I have a lot to upload from my vacation and I don't want to do a mass upload, so yeah

Life is full of choices, walking down this path, bordered with dandelions and dappled sunshine was a great choice!

A picture of a path of flowers near the Blackhouse in Arnol on the isle of Lewis. (Scotland) I recently went there on vacation for 2 weaks and only had clouds for a day or 2. A shame because I like the landscape more with clouds over there :)

A well-worn footpath up into the Rockies, beside water winding down, down, down, eventually to the Missouri, the Mississippi, and the Gulf. Some flows are reversible, some are not.

Just enough sunlight catching the birch to give it separation.

The Cape to Cape walking track stretches for over 100 kilometers of the Western-Australian Coast. The sandy track takes one along cliff tops and beaches and through national parks. Independent hikers can complete the walk in 5- days, while section walks and day walks are enjoyed by locals and visitors alike.
