An arbor in the National Gardens, Athens. It was raining. We went walking to see the changing of the guard and the gardens without umbrellas or coats, but forgot about the late afternoon downpour that Athens experienced both days we were there. I spotted this opportunity for a shot while dodging raindrops, hurrying back to the hotel.
Converted in a large batch from the original RAW image with dcraw.
Walked upto Midhope Moors near Langsett and this was one of the compositions i wanted to try out. Think its come out well for a first outing in a while.
Path to a cell phone tower, owned by American Tower Corporation, located off PA Route 309 in Lehigh County, PA.
I used to go walking around here with my dad when I was a kid. The Appalachian Trail is accessible from the parking area off 309 (and from a point along the path pictured).
After a hectic morning at work it is wonderful to take half an hour walk in the fresh air beside the river to clear my mind.
