Hello my amazing Flickr friends !!
Today is a red day at Color my World Daily and we celebrate keyholes at Macro Mondays.
And what happens all the time to Red Lady ? She always forgets her keys… She searched everywhere in her coat, in her huge purse… no keys… So she called Mr.Teddy Bear since he has a double of the keys to her house… But since he lives on the other side of the town, she has nothing else to do than patiently wait for Mr. Teddy Bear to arrive.
That is when, she started seriously thinking about changing all of her locks for electronic ones… No more keys, no more problems. But then she will have to remember a code to open her door…This may be a problem since she has almost no memory for numbers. She forgets all her « secret » identifications numbers and it is a disaster : she has to carry a paper with all her secret PINs and passwords… not mentioning usernames (which she forgets constantly also…). so maybe Red Lady will stick with a traditional locks but she will give a double of her keys to someone living in her part of town …
Meanwhile, I have to go and join my video meetings ! It is Monday already !! See you soon my friends !

So sorry I've been locked out of Flickr for several days and being at our daughter's wedding I had a few other things on my mind.. Finally found the right password saved in my iphone
Can't access my pro account as my email address has changed since I first joined in 2010.
Flickr is not too popular with me at the moment as I have provided the correct user name and password but it still won't believe it’s me (my email changed in 2011).
I'm also restricted from the help forum as my new account has little status it seems. There also a restriction on the number of people I can follow at a time (<20).
Would be pleased if you follow me on this site for the time being.

Holey Moley, what an exasperating ordeal. With the 'new' way to log in my password/recovery info got swapped/scrambled/ something and I couldn't log into my account. I don't know how they fixed it but an exceptionally patient and diligent person named Allen at flickr stuck with it and got me back in. (A huge thank you if you're 'listening')
I'm beside myself and can't believe how relieved I am after being so dang frustrated. Hope you all have been well, looking forward to catching up.

This is a 3 frame panorama. I have lost my password for Flickr so you will have to make do with photo uploads from my phone from now on.
This stallion, was the sentinel of the herd. You had to pass him to get into the meadow where the rest of his herd was frolicking and eating in safety. There was no password you could use to get around him as he could sense your intentions. I spent sometime with him photographing him and chatting with him. I watched his ears carefully to make sure they did not go back. They did not. I heard my son behind me as he slowly made his way towards me. I cautioned him and he stayed where he was at. The stallion turned and slowly made his way into the meadow. I backed up to my son and we slowly made our way into the meadow. I was so excited to see wildies in from of me. Wow, real wild horses. I advance slowly towards the herd stopping every once in a while to capture this moment. The sentinel did not take his eyes off of me. So I got down low and captured him watching me. The rest of the herd were either nipping at each other in play or grazing. I was lost in this wonderful moment. I forgot all my anxieties and I thank God for all of this, for it was very good. At some point the playing stopped and they all got down to grazing. I figured that this grazing would last I awhile so I slowly backed up and walked towards my son. He had been busy photographing me, haha. We starting out but as we neared the bush I turned and yelled thank you. They all looked up and my son and I wave and walked back to the car. Wow!!!
Well I've had no end of trouble with Flickr last few months!
Unable to log in, having to change me password numerous times, being unable to reply when I have managed to log in.
I was thinking of getting Pro but having all these problems, I've decided to wait a little longer and hope things improve.
Rant over :)
Had a trip over to Flamboro' yesterday to give me new D500 a spin, its a cracking body but must remember not to machine gun, it can soon fill a card!

I had a computer problem yesterday..... For some reason I couldn't type anything in.,
then I closed it down and I wasn't able to get on my computer because I still wasn't
able to type my password to open it up. I thought my keyboard had gone. I left it overnight.....and was going to
take it back to the store as it is under guarantee. I opened it up.....and low and behold it
was all back to normal... Very strange indeed! We shall see how it all goes from here on in.
If I should suddenly disappear .....you will know why! Here is hoping it won't happen again.:-))

Wow! It seems like forever since I've added stuff to Flickr. It was probably because I forgot the old flickr yahoo-based email and password. Thankfully that's gone now. Here's a great pic of a bee-eater I took in the Kimberley last trip. I'll be adding more images as I process them in the next few days.

The first part of the day, long day ends with Passwords. Who Knew Passwords Would Get So Complicated?

This week, I experienced some issues with my eyes; they became so tired that I could barely keep them open. To reduce any unnecessary strain, I decided to deactivate the social media accounts I could and log off from those for which I didn’t remember the password. I’ve chosen to keep only Flickr and Instagram for staying connected with friends and for entertainment purposes. That’s about it, and I'll definitely limit my posting for now.
