Ed Henderson raises dairy cows, more than 700 of them, near Live Oak, Florida where he doesn't just feed, milk and clean up after them but he also plays the trombone for them and, as this image attests, they enjoy the concert

Henderson says dairy cows are not only docile and friendly, but they are also intensely curious, so when he played his trombone one day on the farmhouse porch (he plays the instrument in the town band), cows flocked from far and wide to listen. He says they still do.
